Today's video is dedicated to the Blacktip DPV series. I've had a lot of people ask me about cave diving, how I use my DPV, what I think, and I wanted to do a review that was more relevant to the type of diving that I do. In this video I run through what the DPV is like in a cave / tech diving scenario. I've included both a narration and some footage to help you get a good idea of how I use the DPV and it's reliability. I do not go over the basics, because I think there are some great reviews out there already. Please know that this is not an everything you need to know video, but if you do have some questions or thoughts, I would love to hear from you.
Today's video is a little different as I'm reviewing a wide angle light primarily used for filming. This is very different than a primary cave light but I must say, the wide angle really makes a huge difference.
I get asked a lot about the type of equipment I use when I'm cave diving in the cenotes around Mexico. Typically I'm asked if I like something, does it last, do I trust it, etc. Today I'm reviewing my primary dive light the OrcaTorch D630.
Today I'm reviewing an accessory light from OrcaTorch. It's a cool little light with 4 different colors and some different features. Let's see what we think about it, in the caves of Mexico.
